How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the property and the pest. Call us and we'll give you a quote.
What pests do you treat?
Ants, carpenter ants, termites, spiders, crickets, centipedes, silverfish, mice, rats, wasps, hornets, yellowjackets, bees, fleas, stink bugs and other fall invaders. We also do wildlife removal. We don't offer mosquito or tick yard spraying or bed bug treatment.
How soon can you come out?
We can usually get out within the week, and sometimes the same day.
Is your work guaranteed?
All of our work comes with a 30-day warranty. If pests come back within 30 days of a treatment, call us and we'll come back out at no extra charge. Our termite treatments come with a 1-year termite warranty. After the first year, you can keep it active with a yearly inspection and renewal fee.
Do you do termite letters for home sales?
Yes. We inspect for termites and other wood-destroying insects and write the report for the sale. The VA requires this report for home loans anywhere in Delaware.
Do you do termite pretreatments for new construction?
Yes. We treat the foundation of new homes, additions and commercial buildings for termites while they're under construction. Call us and we'll set a time.
Will I see more bugs after a treatment?
Yes, for the first week or two that's normal. The treatment drives bugs out of the walls and other hiding spots, so you may see more of them out in the open before they die off. If they're still a problem after two weeks, call us. Every treatment is covered by our 30-day warranty.
Do I need to be home for service?
Not for your regular monthly service. For a termite inspection we need access to the garage, the crawl space, and any damaged areas, and it helps if you're home.
Do you do one-time treatments?
Yes. Most customers are on a monthly plan through the season, but we also do one-time treatments.
What don't you treat?
We don't offer mosquito or tick yard spraying or bed bug treatment. If you're not sure, call us and ask.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We service both residential and commercial properties, including offices, restaurants, shops and rentals.
Are your treatments OK around kids and pets?
We use the best EPA-registered products and apply them carefully and effectively, exactly as the label directs. We'll tell you when kids and pets can go back into treated areas.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We're licensed by the Delaware Department of Agriculture, License #700.

All of Kent County, Delaware, including Dover, Camden, Wyoming, Magnolia, Felton, Frederica, Hartly, Harrington, Smyrna and Milford.
