Wasp, Hornet and Bee Control in Kent County, DE
Wasps on the porch, a hornet nest in the tree, or yellowjackets in the yard? We treat the nest so you can use your space again.
What we do

Each kind of stinging insect builds a different nest. Yellowjackets usually nest underground in lawns or at the base of shrubs. Bald-faced hornets build gray, football-shaped paper nests in trees, shrubs, and eaves. Paper wasps build open, umbrella-shaped nests under porch ceilings, door frames, and deck rails. Colonies start in spring and peak in late summer and fall, when a yellowjacket nest can hold 600 to 800 workers. Most stings happen when someone disturbs a nest. We treat nests on homes and businesses, including ones inside walls that you shouldn't try to reach yourself.
How we treat it
Nest treatment
We treat the nest directly, including the entrance where the colony comes and goes.
Ground nest treatment
Yellowjacket nests in the lawn or under shrubs get treated right at the opening.
Wall void nests
Nests inside walls or other hard-to-reach spots are a job for a pro. We handle those too.

How to get ready
- Keep people and pets away from the nest until we get there.
- Don't spray, knock down, or block the nest before we come.
- Never pour gasoline on a nest. It's extremely hazardous.
- Tell us where the nest is and where you see the insects coming and going.
After your treatment
- Stay away from the nest after treatment and let us know if it's still active.
- If a nest was inside a wall, removing it after treatment helps keep carpet beetles from moving in.
- If they're still a problem within 30 days, call us and we'll come back at no extra charge.
Common questions

It depends on the property and the pest. Call us and we'll give you a quote.
Can I pour gasoline on a nest?
Please don't. It's extremely hazardous and bad for the environment. Call us instead.
