What we do

A termite pretreatment protects a new building from subterranean termites from day one. We treat the foundation of homes and buildings under construction, so termites coming up from the soil hit a treated zone instead of your new wood. It's the easiest time to do it, because the foundation is still easy to reach. We pretreat new homes, additions, garages, and commercial buildings across Kent County. Our termite treatments come with a 1-year termite warranty. After the first year, you can keep it active with a yearly inspection and renewal fee.
Why treat while it's being built?
The foundation is easiest to reach while the building is going up. Termite damage usually builds over years, out of sight. Problems often show up 10 or more years after a house is built.
Do you still need inspections after it's built?
Yes. NC State Extension says treated lumber and building materials don't replace routine termite inspections. A yearly inspection also keeps your warranty active.
How we treat it

We treat the foundation with an EPA-registered termiticide applied according to the label.

Protection from the start
Termites hit treated ground before they ever get a chance at the new wood.
